  • Prices do not include 13% taxes.
  • No meals included.
  • No pets allowed.
  • One cleaning is included for each stay. Each additional cleaning will be charged to guests.
  • Maximum Villa occupancy 6- 8 depending on bed set up.


Reservation Policies

All Reservations must be pre-paid according to the following policies:

50% Deposit: At time of Reservation
50% Balance: 30 days before arrival date.
Bookings received less than 30 days prior to reservation date must be accompanied by full payment.

Payment Options

Deposits must be made under the name of Bahia Pez Vela Administration S.A. to the following account:
  • Banco Costa Rica account number 225-4548-9 (Wire information will be sent if outside Costa Rica).
  • Credit Card Payments

Cancellation Policies

All cancellations must be received by fax (506) 2670-0624, or scanned and sent the following e-mail: info@bahiapezvela.com

  • The 50% deposit is non refundable.
  • The balance will not be charged if a cancellation is received, in writing, more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
