All Reservations must be pre-paid according to the following policies:
Low Season:
50% Deposit: At time of Reservation
50% Balance: 15 days before arrival date. Bookings received less than 15 days prior reservation date must be accompanied by full payment.
High Season:
50% Deposit: At time of Reservation
50% Balance: 21 days before arrival date. Bookings received less than 21 days prior to reservation date must be accompanied by full payment.
Easter, New Year & Christmas:
50% Deposit: At time of Reservation
50% Balance: 30 days before arrival date. Bookings received less than 21 days prior to reservation date must be accompanied by full payment.
Payment Options
Deposits must be made under the name of Bahia Pez Vela Administration S.A. to the following account:
Banco Cuscatlán Dollar account number 11710516215609533 under the name of “Bahía Pez Vela Administration S.A” (Wire transfer information will be sent if outside Costa Rica).
Credit Card Payments will be charged once we receive a filled Credit Card Authorization Form, which will be sent upon request.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be received in writing at our reservation department at our fax number (506) 670-0624, or scanned and sent the following e-mail: info@bahiapezvela.com
Low Season
Cancellations received between 21 and 15 days before the date of arrival of clients, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations received less than 15 days before the arrival of the client or “No Shows”, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
High Season
Cancellations received between 30 and 21 days before the date of arrival of clients, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations received less than 21 days before the arrival of the client or “No Shows”, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
Easter, New Year’s and Christmas:
Cancellations received between 45 and 30 days before the date of arrival of clients, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival of the client or “No Shows”, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
